Account Specialist (Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available)
We are currently seeking either a full-time or part-time Account Specialist to add to our family. We are looking for experienced collectors and non-experienced, customer service-minded individuals who like the idea of taking their career to the next level. This position is a great way to get a foot in the door in auto finance as you will experience auto finance 101.
Job Description
As an Account Specialist, you will work closely with our Customer Service, Payment Processing, and Executive teams. You will be the voice of our company to our customers! Some tasks will be daily, and some tasks will be project-based. You will be expected to manage your time accordingly, communicate and manage others’ expectations. We are not your typical “call center” or “customer service” environment as we promote a free and flexible environment where you are empowered to manage your work schedule and your portfolio of consumer accounts. You will be responsible for working in a team environment and be socially-focused on the “how can I help you” attitude.
General Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact customers by telephone to solicit payments and determine reasons for past due payments
- Accurately record information regarding the financial status of customer and status of collection efforts
- Advise customers of necessary actions and create strategies for payment resolution
- Perform various administrative and customer service functions for our customers
- Working in a fast-paced and fun call center environment
- Building relationships, with peers and customers

Relationship Manager (Full-Time Positions Available)
We are currently seeking a full-time Relationship Manager to add to our family. Experienced is preferred but not required as long as the candidate has the desire and ability to learn sales and marketing and is driven to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate wants to take their career to the next level. This position is a great way to learn all about auto finance and will be very rewarding as the deal sizes range from $500,000 to $150,000,000.
Job Description
As a Relationship Manager, your main objective is to bring in new business and help manage current relationships. You will be responsible for working in a team environment to see each engagement through from beginning to end, conducting various duties to satisfy our clients’ needs. These duties include but are not limited to sourcing new business, managing relationships, due diligence, closing deals, follow-ups, post-close, and assist with solving problems.
General Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing and Sales
- Bring in new business and close deals. (Using sources such as: Brokers, and previous direct relationships.)
- Assist with drafting marketing and support materials.
- Attend conferences and represent the company in the best way.
Operations
- Assist with all due diligence efforts to bring the deals to a close.
- Set the “post-closing” stage with each client (i.e. review the Post-Closing email).
- Manage and review with the client any account-specific issues (i.e. missing documents, bad phone numbers, mechanical issues, payment issues, etc.).
- Request buybacks and manage any pending buybacks.
Client Relations
- Assist with managing client relations and interact with clients and follow up on roadblocks and deliverables. Document complaints and develop an appropriate course of action. Report problems to executives when they cannot be resolved.
- Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding the client through corrective steps.
- Assist in creating proformas for the Portfolio Acquisitions department
Basic Requirements
- Advanced MS Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize daily workload

- Salary Range: starting at $38,500 up to $58,500 (bi-weekly paychecks)

Job Description
As a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with our Risk Management team on our client engagements. These engagements are varied, and no two are the same. Engagements include but are not limited to auto finance consulting, expert witness testimony, and portfolio management. You will be responsible for working in a team environment to see each engagement through from beginning to end, conducting various analytical duties to satisfy our clients’ needs. These duties include but are not limited to various financial related analysis of cash flows, risk assessment, and closing deals. You will be responsible for working in a team environment and be socially-focused on the “how can I help you” attitude.
General Roles and Responsibilities
- Assessing/Validating data accuracy using excel formulas. The data sets provided from clients may include financials, demographics, contract, and/or collateral.
- Combining multiple files of large data sets into a single file using excel and/or SQL
- Maintaining data files based on version control
- Identifying and resolving data discrepancies using analytical skills
- Designing reports based on specific financial needs of the company and/or clients. An example is a report that provides snapshot results of a current portfolio management pool
- Conducting trend analysis on such things as delinquency, charge offs, and cash flows
- Strategizing with management on financial projects, such as evaluation of market trends
- Portfolio Pricing
- Maintaining and uploading data
- Account/ Portfolio reconciliations
- Handling of all Buybacks - setting up, updating, and oversight of the procedure and processing
- Use of adobe for assembling reports
Basic Requirements
- S. in Finance, Math or Computer Science (or working towards bachelor’s degree)
