Vendor Support Coordinator
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Vendor Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Vendor Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our vendors, ensuring alignment with our company’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the auto finance industry, detail oriented, and a proven track record of effectively managing vendor relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors, including automotive dealerships, financing institutions, and service providers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with vendors to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Track and analyze vendor performance metrics, including quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on vendor performance and relationship status.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.

What You Need
- Required 5 years’ experience in the auto finance industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Collateral Specialist I
Assist the team with everyday duties, including but not limited to providing support for clerical functions such as document scanning, shipping documents, lien searches, and other title-related responsibilities.
Responsibilities
As a Collateral Specialist I, you will work closely with our internal partners, including Customer Support, Sales, Funding, and the Executive team. These duties include but are not limited to various receptionist, shipping and mailing, and other office managerial duties to facilitate efficient workflow.
General Roles and Responsibilities
- Manages the organization and scanning of title documents.
- Processes and distributes inbound mail.
- Assists with Collateral Specialist II and III duties, including but not limited to lien searches, duplicate title applications and tracking, and follow-up.
- Maintains effective communication with all colleagues, customers, and third parties.
- Suggests and creates process improvements to ensure tools and systems are adequate.
- Updates the system of record with proper documentation for research, tracking, reconciliation, and repository purposes.
- Assists with physical file inventory and shipping.

Collateral Specialist III
Assist the team with everyday duties, including but not limited to supporting Loan Servicing, Risk Management, Payment Processing, Asset Management, and other clerical support.
Responsibilities
As a Collateral Specialist III, you will work closely with our Sales, Customer Support, Funding, and Executive teams. Job responsibilities range from daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as well as special projects. A Collateral Specialist III is expected to manage their time accordingly and communicate and manage others’ expectations. They are responsible for working in a team environment to see each project through from beginning to end, conducting various administrative duties to satisfy business needs. These duties include but are not limited to communicating with automobile dealers and various state DMVs, title research, and responding to title support tickets.
General Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborates with vendors and servicers to ensure accurate and timely custodianship of titles.
- Understands and executes the end-to-end vehicle title process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of title transfers, lien releases, and related documentation.
- Assists with onboarding and training of new titles team members.
- Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Checks for accuracy in the title paperwork and ensures that all information is complete.
- Maintains a system to verify titles across all 50 states.
- Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles regularly.
- Researches and perfects missing/incorrect titles.
- Researches account on discrepancy reports for internal and external customers.
- Maintains effective communication with all colleagues, customers, and third parties.
- Suggests and creates process improvements to ensure tools and systems are adequate.
- Updates the system of record with proper documentation for research, tracking, reconciliation, and repository purposes.
- Liaises with dealers and other third parties to resolve out-of-trust/outstanding titles in alignment with internal processes and external regulations via telephone and email.
- Stays abreast of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to vehicle titles and ensures adherence to legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Handle incoming requests for additional release documents, copies of titles, or title maintenance requests in accordance with established measures/deadlines and assigned goals.
- Identifies and resolves escalated release issues within the assigned scope.
- Maintains title training and reference materials and resources.
- Manage physical file inventory.

We are currently seeking a full-time Mid-Range Collector to add to our family. We are looking for experienced collectors and customer service-centric individuals who like the idea of taking their careers to the next level.
Job Description
As a Mid-Range Collector, you will work closely with our Collections Teams, Customer Support, Titles, and Account Managers. Some tasks will be daily, and some tasks will be project-based. You will be expected to manage your time accordingly, communicate and manage others’ expectations. You will be responsible for working in a team environment and be socially focused on the “how can I help you” attitude.
While a standard work week may last 40 hours, at times, the workload may increase, and there will be a need for more demanding hours. Job Description
As a Relationship Manager, your main objective is to bring in new business and help manage current relationships. You will be responsible for working in a team environment to see each engagement through from beginning to end, conducting various duties to satisfy our clients’ needs. These duties include but are not limited to sourcing new business, managing relationships, due diligence, closing deals, follow-ups, post-close, and assisting with solving problems.
General Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing and Sales
- Bring in new business and close deals. (Using sources such as brokers and previous direct relationships.)
- Assist with drafting marketing and support materials.
- Attend conferences and represent the company in the best way.
Operations
- Assist with all due diligence efforts to bring the deals to a close.
- Set the “post-closing” stage with each client (i.e., review the Post-Closing email).
- Manage and review with the client any account-specific issues (i.e., missing documents, bad phone numbers, mechanical issues, payment issues, etc.).
- Request buybacks and manage any pending buybacks.
Client Relations
- Assist with managing client relations, interacting with clients, and following up on roadblocks and deliverables. Document complaints and develop an appropriate course of action. Report problems to executives when they cannot be resolved.
- Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding the client through corrective steps.
- Assist in creating proformas for the Portfolio Acquisitions department
Basic Requirements

- Salary Range: starting at $38,500 up to $58,500 (bi-weekly paychecks)
